a non-refundable £100.00 per room deposit is payable on reservation,

followed by a top-up deposit to 50% of the total stay amount by 1st September. 

For reservations made after this point a 50% deposit is required on reservation.​

Please Note: In the event of a cancellation we would require 28 days notice before the day of arrival.

All deposits thereafter are non-refundable.
